Advanced English - C

This course is for

Graduates of Advanced English – B or people with a command of about 6,000-7,000 words. People who know English grammar well and would like to enhance and strengthen their knowledge for work, communication or general education purposes.

Duration

12 weeks that includes 24-36 learning hours.

Course structure and goals

The course deals in environmental issues and changes that have occurred in it recently. It also deals with popular science, the world of entertainment, wonders of science, “crime and punishment”, the world of justice and different cultures.

The contents are used to further practice and deepen a wide array of grammar subjects as well as reading and expression skills that were learned in the previous courses.

At the end of the course the student will

	gain information, ideas and opinions from expert sources.
	quickly locate the content and relevance of the news, articles and reports in a wide range of subjects.
	read correspondence related to his/her field of interest and understand the main ideas in them.
	comment about the storyline in a movie or a book and describe his/her reaction.
	understand long and complex texts in many topics.
	express his/her self fluently and spontaneously.
